Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jl868 account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential referral to relevant authorities for fraud investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. jl868 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to provide a valid government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.
jl868 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and selected over-the-counter payment channels including 7-Eleven and M Lhuillier. Available payment methods may change without notice. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl868 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
jl868 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform and/or via the mobile number associated with your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of jl868 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jl868 Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause limits jl868's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
